CaseKit — Shopify support copilot for Gmail

Overview
Finds the Shopify customer and order inside the email you're reading, then writes the reply. No tab switching.
Every support inbox has the same email in it: "Where is my order?" CaseKit answers it without you leaving Gmail. Open the customer's email and their Shopify order appears beside it — what they bought, what's happening with the shipment, the carrier's tracking — with a reply already written. Click Insert, read it over, send. About two minutes of tab-hopping becomes twenty seconds, and you never copy an order number again. WHAT YOU'LL SEE The order, found from the number in their message or from their email address. What they ordered and how many. Whether they've bought from you before. Payment and fulfilment in plain words, and a delivery bar that shows exactly how far the parcel has got. Your own Shopify tags, so a VIP or a wholesale account is obvious at a glance. And a reply that matches reality. An order still being packed gets a different message from one out for delivery. A parcel that's late gets an apology, not a cheerful "it's on its way." A return already heading back to you gets an update on the return, not a guess about the refund. IT WON'T MAKE THINGS UP Most reply tools guess. CaseKit reads the real order from Shopify and only says what Shopify says. No delivery estimate on the order? The reply doesn't promise one. Carrier hasn't scanned it yet? It says so. You'll never send a draft that committed you to something you can't deliver. It also notices when the person writing isn't the person who ordered — a partner, a gift recipient — and leaves the name out, so the reply doesn't go to the wrong Sarah. IN THEIR LANGUAGE, IN YOUR VOICE A customer writes in French; the reply comes back in French. English, French, Spanish, German and Italian, automatically. One click makes it shorter, warmer or more formal — and no version can add a fact the original didn't have. FREE Unlimited order lookups. 25 replies a month. All five languages, full order and tracking detail, and Shorter. PRO Unlimited replies. Replies written from what the customer actually wrote, not a template. Warmer and Formal. Your store's tone and return policy applied to every reply. Five seats. 30-day free trial. BUILT FOR SMALL SHOPIFY TEAMS If you answer support yourself, or a couple of you share an inbox, this is for you. Nothing to migrate, nothing to learn, no helpdesk to move into. It lives in the Gmail you already open every morning. And when it can't find an order, it tells you why and gives you a search box — never an empty panel. PRIVACY CaseKit reads only the conversation on your screen — not your mailbox, not other threads, not attachments. It doesn't use the Gmail API and never asks for access to your mail account. What leaves your browser is the sender's address, any order number in the message, and a short snippet of what they asked. Shopify access is read-only: CaseKit can't edit, refund, cancel or fulfil anything. Order data is fetched when you need it and held for seconds, never stored. Full policy: casekit.app/privacy SETUP Install this extension, install the CaseKit app from the Shopify App Store, open a customer email. About two minutes. No API keys. Requires a Shopify store and a Gmail account. Support: support@casekit.app
