as far as i can tell, it doesn't actually do anything? i chose a file, and it just instantaneously said it was done (the file is almost 4gb, so it should have taken some time), but where is the mp4 file at? the old mkv is still in the folder where i left it and there is no mp4. the only option the program gives is "open the download folder" but that isn't where the original file was and there is no new file there either. not sure what i'm missing?
