Need help.

I am trying to get rid of my spam, as I'm inundated with it.
I've given all my detailes so it can be done from the bank.
Everytnink going fine.
I down the app, then it tells me to go to the next page, and it tells me to push go to chrome but pushing the key.
I'm an old man not to well up on technology. But I csnt find the key that tells me to proceed. Please help.
