can't download extention

I registered yesterday with email maro.sharaf.00@gmail.com and I can't download the extension i still recieve an error saying Package is in valid

Merch Wizard still not working on Merch by Amazon

The Merch Wizard extension is showing in chrome bar. The "activate" Merch Wizard is showing in Merch by Amazon. But nothing is functioning. I was using Merch Wizard for a long time and it was working fine. I have a key, I have an air table. But it wants me to start all over again when i click on activate. I just need to know how to get Merch Wizard working again. I need a step by step process on how to get it going.
