Overview
Look up a small Singapore food reference list or calculate energy from a nutrition label.
Singapore Food Quick Look lets you check a small Singapore food reference list without leaving the page you are reading. Highlight a food name, open the toolbar popup and press Use selection, or type a food name directly. When a search such as “chicken rice” has more than one preparation, the popup shows both so you can choose the relevant reference serving. Each result shows energy, portion size, source type and year. For a food outside the list, enter energy per 100 g from its nutrition label and the amount you will eat. The popup calculates the energy for that amount. The extension contains ten Singapore Food Insights Database (SG FoodID) reference records accessed on 26 October 2026. Recipes and serving sizes vary by stall. These are general food references, not personal nutrition targets or medical advice. Contains information from SG FoodID, made available by Singapore Health Promotion Board under its specific licence. HPB does not endorse this extension. GetLean Clinic is a Singapore doctor-led weight-loss programme. The popup includes one optional link to a food explainer on the clinic website. Searches and label entries are processed locally in the popup, with no account, analytics or data transmission.
