Overview
Open CSV files in Google Sheets with drag and drop or file selection.
Open local CSV files in Google Sheets quickly and easily with BeetSheet. If you regularly work with data exports from web analytics or SEO tools, you know the problem: Excel does not always recognize delimiters or special characters correctly. Manually uploading files to Google Drive adds extra clicks and takes time. BeetSheet simplifies this process right in your browser. Here’s how it works: 1. Click the BeetSheet icon in your Chrome toolbar. 2. Drag and drop your CSV file into the box, or click to select it. 3. Done! BeetSheet converts the file and opens your new Google spreadsheet in a new tab. Common CSV delimiters are detected automatically. For older files, you can select the character encoding when needed. You’ll need a Google account and an internet connection. The selected file is sent to Google Drive for conversion.
