Overview

OmnyTron — fills forms from your saved details, and suggests the rest.

OmnyTron brings your OmnyTron assistant into Chrome. It fills forms from details you have saved, suggests answers for the rest, drafts replies to emails you are reading, and carries out web tasks you start in the OmnyTron app. IT WORKS ONLY WHERE YOU ASK IT TO · At install it has no access to any website. · On a site, it does nothing until you click: the OmnyTron button in the toolbar, its keyboard shortcut (Alt+Shift+F), or "Fill with OmnyTron" in the right-click menu. · You can choose "Always allow on this site". There, it shows a small button when it finds a form; the button fades if you do not use it. Nothing on the page is sent anywhere until you click it. · A web task you start in the OmnyTron app asks you to allow its site first. TWO WAYS TO USE IT · With the OmnyTron desktop app: the extension works with the app on your computer. · Without the app: sign in to your OmnyTron account in the extension, and it works through your account instead. WHAT IT DOES · Fills a form from your saved details, and attaches a resume or cover letter you have chosen. · Suggests answers for fields your saved details do not cover. · Drafts a reply to the email you are reading, for you to edit and send yourself. · Keeps your documents (resume, cover letter, transcript) in your account, ready for upload fields. · Runs web tasks you start in the OmnyTron app, in a tab you can watch. HOW YOUR DATA IS HANDLED When you click, the extension sends that page's form fields (labels and what is already typed in them), its address and its visible text to your OmnyTron assistant, to fill that form or draft that reply. With the OmnyTron app installed, it goes to the app on your computer. Signed in to your OmnyTron account without the app, it goes to OmnyTron's servers instead, and the documents you upload are kept there until you delete them. Answers you type are saved for next time only after you pressed Fill on that page. Before any click, on a site you allowed, the extension only checks that the OmnyTron app on your computer is running (a message with no page address and no page content). Nothing goes to OmnyTron's servers before a click. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO · It never reads the value of password fields, one-time codes, card numbers, bank details or similar. Those are blanked before anything leaves the page. · It never sends an email or submits a form without you: drafts are yours to edit and send. · It has no advertising, no analytics and no tracking, and it sells nothing.
