Overview

Control the real volume and equalizer of individual Chrome or Opera tabs from MixBar for macOS.

MixBar Tab Control connects Chrome tabs you choose to the MixBar macOS menu-bar app. Click the extension in a playing tab and choose “Control this tab.” MixBar then gives that tab independent volume, mute, Bass, Mid, and Treble controls and remembers the settings for the same page. Audio is processed locally in memory on your Mac. It is never recorded or uploaded. The extension does not read page content, browsing history, bookmarks, passwords, form data, or microphone input. Requires MixBar for macOS 14.2 or later.
