Overview

A fast, smooth Kick chat viewer with viewer and chat-rate graphs, plus labels and notes to help you remember who's who.

Miwake is a chat viewer built specifically for the streaming site Kick (kick.com). It was made for Kick streamers who show their chat on stream. The chat you put on screen is part of the show — something viewers enjoy together. With Miwake, chat flows fast and smooth, the text is easy to read, and you can see at a glance how lively the stream is and who is taking part. Everything you need to watch over your stream chat, brought together in a single window. Just install and open it — you can start watching a live channel right away. No account and no setup required. What sets Miwake apart is the label feature. Attach a label such as "Regular", "New", or "Watchlist" (plus a note) to a chat participant, and the next time they speak, the label icon appears automatically in front of their name. Less "wait, who was this again?" — conversations with regulars, and follow-ups on users you are keeping an eye on, can pick up right where they left off. Labels are optional; you can simply read chat without ever using them. The name "Miwake" comes from the Japanese word for "telling apart". It helps you pick out, at a glance, the people you want to remember in a fast-moving chat. ■ Recommended for - Kick streamers who show the chat window on their stream - Anyone who wants to check viewer count and chat momentum while streaming - Streamers and moderators who do not want to overlook regulars or users they need to keep an eye on - Moderation teams that want to share which moderator took action on each user and what they did - Viewers who want to follow Kick chat in a dedicated, easy-to-read window ■ Main features - A dedicated viewer where chat flows fast and smooth Displays Kick chat quickly and smoothly, including deletions, bans, pinned messages, and sub / gift notifications. Open a channel by name or URL, or from the live-now list, favorites, and watch history. Pop it out into its own small window and place it next to your stream or on a second monitor. - Mini graphs that show the stream's momentum Check uptime, viewer count, and chat messages per minute with numbers and mini graphs in the header. The expanded view adds average and peak lines, and you can save the graph as an image after the stream. - Adjust the look to fit your stream Fine-tune font size, bold text, message spacing, dividers, font, the direction chat flows, timestamps, username visibility, and more. Keep it minimal on the stream screen, or make the text large on a second monitor — set it up for how you use it. The interface language (English / 日本語) can be switched at any time from the settings page. - Labels that help you recognize people at a glance (optional) Click a message to attach a label and a note; from their next message the icon shows up automatically in front of their name, and it is applied retroactively to messages already on screen. Label names, colors, and icons are fully customizable, and PNG images are supported. - Manage all your labels in one place Search, filter, and bulk-edit labeled users on the dashboard. Add and reorder labels, and export / import records from there as well. - Records that work solo or as a team Records are saved to a data folder you choose on your computer. For teams, hand sync files to each other or sync automatically through a shared folder. Importing the same records twice never creates duplicates, in any order. ■ Data handling - Labels, notes, and other records are saved to the data folder you choose on your computer - Settings and display caches are stored in the browser's extension storage - This extension never sends your records or settings automatically to the developer's server or to any third party - No ads, analytics, or tracking of any kind - For team sharing, you hand over files or set up a shared folder yourself. If a cloud storage service is involved, that service's terms apply - When you attach a label, the text of the selected message (up to 200 characters) is recorded in the history. If you use team sharing, this text is shared with your teammates - To keep up with renames, the latest display name of labeled users is kept on your device (users without labels are not recorded). Display names are part of the label records, so they are shared with teammates when team sharing is used - You can delete records from the dashboard at any time. If you remove the extension, the records stay in the data folder; delete the folder yourself to remove them completely ■ Requirements - Google Chrome 120 or later Older versions cannot install this extension. This avoids shipping features that would not work correctly there. - Only if you use the label feature, you will be asked to choose one folder on your computer as the data folder (not needed for just watching chat) ■ Note This extension is an unofficial tool with no affiliation with kick.com. Changes on kick.com's side may temporarily break functionality. This extension is read-only. Sending chat messages, subscribing, purchasing items, and other actions must be done on the official kick.com pages (there are no plans to support them).
