Sign in with your Missing Toolkit: Templates account 2. Navigate to any invoice or estimate in QuickBooks Online 3. The extension automatically detects the page you're on 4. Select a template, choose your output format (Word or PDF), and click Generate 5. Your document downloads instantly FEATURES - Automatic page detection: The extension recognizes when you're viewing a QuickBooks Online invoice or estimate and activates automatically. A badge on the extension icon lets you know it's ready. - One-click document generation: Select your template, pick your output format, and generate. REQUIREMENTS - An active Missing Toolkit: Templates subscription - At least one QuickBooks Online company connected to your Missing Toolkit account - One or more document templates configured in Missing Toolkit - Google Chrome browser SUPPORTED QUICKBOOKS PAGES The extension currently supports document generation from: - Invoices - Estimates PRIVACY & SECURITY - This extension only activates on QuickBooks Online pages (app.qbo.intuit.com). It does not access or read any other websites. - Your Missing Toolkit: Templates login credentials are sent directly to the Missing Toolkit API over HTTPS and are never stored. - Your authentication token is stored locally in Chrome's encrypted storage and is only used to communicate with the Missing Toolkit API. - No QuickBooks data is collected, stored, or transmitted by this extension beyond the invoice or estimate ID visible in the page URL, which is needed to generate your document. - The extension does not track your browsing activity or collect analytics.
