A CRM optimization tool, that helps booking agents stay on top of the leads they work with. MirrorCTT allows agents to quickly save the lead of a customer, disposition it as a rejection, booked appointment, or other. Agents can then reflect on these calls later with their trainer or BGS. V8.8 Fixed an issue that prevented users from continuing unless they scheduled a callback. Added a popup dashboard showing available days, dates, and times. V9.1 Improved hover transitions for a smoother interface. Shortened exported lead filenames and improved date accuracy. V9.3 Fixed a JavaScript issue that caused problems for some users when refreshing data. V9.3.5 Fixed an issue preventing lunch settings from being saved. Added filtered dropdowns to exported HTML files for easier review. Booking and rejection dispositions now automatically remove matching callbacks by customer name and phone number. V9.6 Added Claims adjustment controls for correcting missed claim counts. Scheduled callback leads are preserved when other leads are cleared. Simplified Available Time Block setup to use a first available time and shift end time. V9.7 Added Local Assist with a pin icon for Zillow property lookups and nearby branch searches. Added a smoother scheduled callback time picker. Added the Out of Territory rejection disposition. V9.7.5 Reorganized Settings so Callback Options, Available Time Blocks, and Text Client Templates are easier to find. Moved Text Client Templates into the main Settings menu. Added editable default templates for supported window and roofing clients. Added dynamic placeholders for the customer’s name, agent’s first name, and client name. Added a live Credits Week-to-Date counter to the popup dashboard. V9.8 Added a redesigned one-click Local Assist menu. Local branch searches now use the customer’s city and state for more relevant results. Improved scheduled callback scrolling and mouse-wheel behavior. Added rolling callback date and time selection, including 30-day scheduling. Added overdue callback visibility to the popup dashboard. Added Available Time countdown display. Improved popup dashboard resizing and layout. Added the <48hrs, No Transfer Quality Windows Direct disposition worth 2 credits. Improved real-time WTD credit updates when bookings are saved. Removed unreliable Redfin and weather options. V9.9 Added a new Cheat Sheet button beneath the Available Time countdown. Added an expanded Booking Gold Sheet reference with customer-friendly booking guidance. Improved Cheat Sheet readability with larger, bolder text and stronger contrast. Updated the extension version display and manifest to v9.9. Rebuilt and validated the latest extension package.
