A CRM optimization tool, that helps booking agents stay on top of the leads they work with. MirrorCTT allows agents to quickly save the lead of a customer, disposition it as a rejection, booked appointment, or other. Agents can then reflect on these calls later with their trainer or BGS. V8.7 Patch Notes * Added a Scheduled Callback UI to improve customer-requested callbacks. Callback times are automatically adjusted based on the customer’s time zone. * Fixed a client list bug that prevented users from adding or removing clients. * Replaced the Dialer Booking Tracker on the dashboard with a Claims counter that uses set callbacks as its reference. * Added the current version number to the top-right corner of the app. V8.8 Patch Notes * Fixed an issue where users could not proceed without scheduling a callback. * Added a popup dashboard displaying the days, dates, and available times. V9.1 Patch Notes * Improved transition timing when hovering over boxes. * Shortened lead export filenames and improved the accuracy of the included date. V9.3 Patch Notes * Fixed a JavaScript bug that affected some users and caused issues when refreshing data. V9.6 Patch Notes * Added a Claims add/subtract function that allows users to manually correct missed claim counts. * Scheduled callback leads are no longer cleared when the rest of the leads are removed. * Reworked the Available Time Block logic. Users now only need to enter the first available time and the shift end time. V9.7.5 Patch Notes Reorganized Settings so Callback Options, Available Time Blocks, and Text Client Templates appear at the top. Moved Text Client Templates out of Experimental Tools and into the main Settings menu. Added editable default text templates for supported window and roofing clients. Added dynamic template placeholders for the customer’s name, logged-in agent’s first name, and client name. Added a live Credits Week to Date counter to the popout dashboard that updates whenever a booking is saved.
