Minimalistic One-click Tab Internet ON/OFF

Click the toolbar icon to toggle internet access on/off for the current tab.

- Toggle full internet access for a single tab with one click — no VPN, no system-level network changes, and zero impact on any other open tab. - Built on Chrome's native `declarativeNetRequest` engine, which injects a dynamic, tab-scoped block rule the instant you click the toolbar icon. - Blocks every resource type Chrome exposes: `main_frame`/`sub_frame` navigations, XHR/fetch calls, WebSocket and WebTransport connections, scripts, stylesheets, images, fonts, media, pings, and CSP reports. - Enforced at the network-request layer, before a connection is even established - nothing selectively leaks through. - Rules are keyed to a specific `tabId`, so blocking is fully isolated to the tab you toggle. - Automatic tab-lifecycle tracking: tabs opened from an already-offline tab inherit the block, and Chrome's internal tab-ID swaps (e.g. pre-render promotion) won't accidentally leave a tab unblocked. - Rule state lives in session storage, so it resets cleanly on browser restart instead of persisting stale rules. - Useful for testing offline UI states, isolating a page's tracking/telemetry mid-session, or sandboxing a tab's outbound traffic without touching your system's network stack.
