Minimal Pomodoro: Quiet Focus Timer
Overview
A minimal pomodoro. When time's up it brings Chrome forward so you take a real break. No account, no tracking, no sound.
The best feature of our minimalist pomodoro is everything it leaves out. Most focus apps fill the silence with streaks, stats, and notifications: noise dressed up as help. This one doesn't. Set a timer, sink into your work, and when the block ends it quietly brings Chrome to the front and starts your break. It even asks again if you try to head back too soon, because a rest that is too short is no rest at all. Nothing to chase, nothing to review. Just the work, and a timer that respects it. WHAT IT DOES • A 15 to 40 minute focus timer • Pulls Chrome to the front when time's up • Times your break so the rest is real • Asks again if you head back under 2 minutes WHAT IT LEAVES OUT • Login and cloud sync • Sound and alarms • Streaks, stats, and history • Tasks, projects, and tags • Ads, analytics, and tracking • Reading the pages you visit Private by design: the only thing stored is your current timer, kept in your browser. Nothing is sent anywhere. No server, no analytics, no third parties.
