Rewrites Minerva Forum course times into the timezone you actually live in. Handles the UTC rows and the older city rows.

Minerva Forum shows your class times in UTC, or in whichever campus the course was set up in. If you are not sitting in that campus, every glance at the sidebar is a small arithmetic problem, and the day of the week is the part people get wrong. This extension rewrites the times in place. GL95 - Steiner, W@09:00 PM UTC becomes GL95 - Steiner, W@2:00PM SF CS156 - Watson, MW@11PM UTC becomes CS156 - Watson, TTh@8:00AM Seoul Note the second one. An 11PM Monday class in UTC is a Tuesday morning class in Seoul. The extension moves the day as well as the clock. HOW IT WORKS 1. Install it and open forum.minerva.edu. 2. A "Timezone Display" dropdown appears at the top of the Courses section. 3. Pick a timezone. Every course time updates immediately. 4. Hover any course to see the original Forum time, the zone it came from, and the date and time of the next meeting. Your choice is remembered. If you use Chrome on more than one computer and have extension sync switched on, it follows you. WHAT IT HANDLES - The UTC rows Forum is moving to, and the older campus rows, in the same sidebar. - All the ways a time gets written: 9PM, 9:00PM, 09:00 PM, 9 p.m., 21:00, and time ranges. - Meeting days written as MW, TTh, TT, MWF, M/W/F, Th, Su, and the R that marks an irregular schedule. R schedules have their time converted and their day deliberately left alone. - Daylight saving, resolved against each meeting's own upcoming date rather than a fixed offset, so a class does not drift by an hour halfway through the term. - All eight Minerva campus zones plus UTC, pinned at the top of the dropdown, followed by every IANA timezone your browser knows. - A 12-hour and 24-hour display toggle. IF IT CANNOT READ A ROW It says so. The row keeps its original text, gets a dotted underline, and explains itself on hover. The panel counts it and lists it with a button that copies the details for a bug report. It will never quietly leave one class in the wrong timezone while converting the rest, which is exactly the failure this version was written to fix. PRIVACY AND PERMISSIONS One permission: storage, to remember your timezone. One site: forum.minerva.edu. No backend, no network requests, no analytics, no third-party libraries at all. Version 2.0.0 dropped the activeTab and scripting permissions the earlier versions asked for, and removed 956 KB of bundled date libraries in favour of the browser's own Intl API.
