Mindsay Agent Portal puts your knowledge base one click away, without leaving the ticketing tool you already work in. A floating button opens a side panel where you can: • Search the whole knowledge base • Browse sections and read a full article • Favorite an article and find it again in one click • Report missing or outdated content as feedback • Rate how useful an article was • Copy an article, or its public Help Center link, to share with a customer The panel resizes, docks to whichever side you prefer, and keeps your place as you move between browser tabs. Requires a Mindsay account. Sign-in goes through your organisation's usual identity provider — the extension never sees your password and stores no access token.
