Overview
Redirects you from endless browsing to better activities by asking what you should be doing instead
MindfulBrowse helps you break the habit of mindless scrolling on social media by interrupting you with a simple question: what should you be doing right now? After you've spent a configurable amount of time on a supported site, a full-screen prompt asks you to state your intention. A follow-up reminder checks in later to keep you accountable. Features: - Works on the most popular social media platforms where mindless scrolling tends to happen - Fully configurable activity threshold and reminder delay - Follow-up reminder after you respond (default: 45 minutes) - Live timer display in the popup so you always know where you stand - Reset timers or session at any time from the popup - All data stays on your device — nothing is collected or transmitted How it works: 1. Browse normally 2. After your set threshold, a prompt appears asking what you intended to do 3. Type your intention and submit — or skip to dismiss 4. A reminder fires later to check if you followed through
