MIND is a free AI wellbeing companion for everyday stress, anxiety and low mood, in 17 languages including English, Hebrew, Spanish, Arabic, Russian and Ukrainian. With this extension MIND is always one click away while you work or browse: • Side panel: open MIND next to any page and talk things through. • "Talk to MIND about this": select any text (an email, a message, a headline), right-click, and start a conversation about it. • A calm minute: a guided 4-7-8 breathing exercise in the popup. MIND listens, helps you name what you feel, and guides you through simple self-care techniques: breathing, mood tracking, thought reframing and a weekly plan. Start immediately without an account; sign up to keep your history. Data is hosted in the EU. MIND is a self-care tool, not a substitute for professional care. The extension itself reads nothing on the pages you visit. Only text you explicitly select is sent to MIND.
