Click-to-call, screen pops, and automatic call logging for your PBXio phone system — right from your browser.

PBXio Connect links your browser to an authorized PBXio phone account. Click a phone number on a website to place the call through your phone system. Your selected device rings first and then connects the destination. You can also select a number and use the right-click menu, or enter a number in the toolbar dialpad. Features: • Click-to-call for detected telephone numbers and existing telephone links. • Optional confirmation before calls initiated from websites. • A toolbar dialpad with recent-call history and supported active-call controls. • Informational caller-ID notifications for incoming calls. Incoming notifications do not answer, decline, or disconnect the call. • Optional incoming-call screen pops using an administrator-selected HTTPS URL template. • Optional logging of completed-call details to a CRM account configured by the user. • Optional outbound auto-answer for one specifically selected registered device. Requirements: • An active account on a supported PBXio phone platform. • Appropriate authorization for any optional CRM logging feature the user enables. The sign-in password is used only for the interactive authentication request and is not stored. The extension stores a revocable session and short-lived access token. Website text is examined locally to identify telephone numbers and is not sent to an advertising or analytics service. See the privacy policy for complete data-handling details.
