Migrawise Autofill — AI-Powered IRCC Form Filler for Immigration Consultants Migrawise Autofill is a Chrome extension built exclusively for Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs) and authorized representatives who use the Migrawise case management platform. It fills IRCC (Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada) portal application forms directly from your case questionnaire data — eliminating hours of repetitive manual data entry. How It Works 1. Install this extension and sign in with your Migrawise account credentials 2. Select the case and applicant you want to fill for using the extension popup 3. Navigate to the IRCC portal and open the application you are working on 4. Click "Fill This Page" — the extension reads the form fields on the current page, maps them to your questionnaire data using AI, and fills them automatically 5. Review the filled values, make any corrections, and click "Save and continue" to proceed to the next page 6. Repeat for each page, or use "Fill All Pages" to fill the entire application in autopilot mode What It Fills The extension fills all standard IRCC application form fields including: - Personal details (name, date of birth, gender, citizenship) - Travel document information (passport number, issue/expiry dates, issuing country) - Contact information (address, phone, email) - Education and employment history - Family information (spouse, parents, children, siblings) - Travel history and previous visa applications - Financial information and trip details - Medical history and security background questions AI-Powered Field Mapping Unlike simple autofill tools, Migrawise Autofill uses AI to intelligently map your case data to IRCC form fields. Deterministic overrides are applied on top of AI results for known field patterns (dates, country dropdowns, yes/no questions) to ensure accuracy. Confidence and Review After filling a page, the extension reports how many fields were filled and flags any discrepancies between your case data and what was filled. Fields are color-coded by confidence level so you can quickly identify values that need manual review. A side panel provides a detailed breakdown of every field that was filled, including the data source and confidence level. Permissions Explained - Access to *.gc.ca and *.canada.ca: Required to read and fill form fields on IRCC immigration portal pages. IRCC uses multiple subdomains across different application types. - Access to migrawise.ca: Required to authenticate and retrieve your case data from the Migrawise API. - Storage: Stores your login token and field mapping cache locally in your browser. - Scripting: Required to interact with Angular Material form controls on the IRCC portal via the page context. - Active Tab: Detects when you are on an IRCC portal page to show the fill status indicator. - Side Panel: Displays detailed fill results, confidence levels, and field-by-field breakdown after each fill. - Alarms: Keeps the extension service worker alive during multi-page fill sessions to prevent disconnection.
