Are you lazy? Same. That’s why we made this. Might As Well is your friendly nudge to move a bit while you stream a lot. It pops up with a countdown, your personal trainer, and simple movements you can do right from the couch. Minimize it if it gets annoying. Move it if it’s in the way. Hit "X" if you've had enough. Works on most major streaming sites when viewed in Chrome. You get: - A rotating menu of 30-second moves - Your own stock-looking generic trainer (we’ll make a cooler one once people actually download this) - 15 free moves to get started Remember. You could do nothing. Or you could do slightly more than nothing. Health note: These are gentle, optional movements. If anything feels uncomfortable, skip it and consult a professional.
