Adds emoji to microsoft teams via an external emoji server!

Use all of your favorite emoji in Microsoft teams! They do not support custom emoticons be default, this allows the web app to support viewing custom emoji hosted externally. Added this on my personal pc just to call you all above idiots... This works with a server which provides the emojis - which you must create yourself and put that URL in the settings. This addon is not one-stop-shop to emojis.
