same here, seems not to be working any longer?

Just like the other reviewers say, this extension doesn't work at all - It just hangs at 'loading'.

Just a pop up with "Chat Transcript" and "loading" and never load anything else.

Same as Bill Norton. Just sits there at the "Loading..." message.

When I click on the purple button it opens a window saying Loading... and sits there forever.

It didn't work with me.

Like the all the others said, it doesn't work, I work in I.T, have spend hours trying to find a way to extract an entire teams chat but unfortunately this led me down a dark alley also. Possibly a fake.
