Microdoc Outlook reports
Overview
Upload PDF attachments from the current Outlook Web folder to Microdoc.
Microdoc Outlook reports helps your practice ingest PDF reports. Open the Outlook Web folder you want to process, sign in to Microdoc, review the folder and email count, and start the upload. The extension scans every message in the selected folder and opens only conversations that Outlook marks as having attachments. It uploads every complete PDF attachment through Microdoc’s normal document-processing workflow. Existing reports are skipped. If one email fails, the extension continues and lets you retry failed reports. Outlook marks opened emails as read. The extension does not upload email subjects, email bodies, sender or recipient details, or non-PDF attachments. Keep Outlook open until the upload finishes. Before its first mailbox read, the extension explains the mailbox metadata and PDF content it processes and requires you to select Allow and review folder.
