MGT RabbitMQ Queue Drain ETA

Adds a drain ETA column, problem badge, sorting, capacity hints, and backlog sparklines to the RabbitMQ Management UI.

RabbitMQ's management UI tells you how many messages are queued and how fast they are being consumed, but never the number you actually want during an incident: how long until this queue is empty? This extension adds that number, and the tools around it. On the Queues page it appends a "Drain / ETA" column: • a countdown such as 3m 20s or 2d 4h for queues that are draining • "growing +240/s" when publishers are ahead of consumers • "no consumers", "stalled", "holding" or "empty" instead of a meaningless infinity • a tooltip with the backlog, consumer count, consume and publish rates, the wall-clock time the queue clears ("Clears at 14:32"), the ETA you would get if publishing stopped, and, when the queue cannot keep up, roughly how many consumers you would need to add to clear it within your own threshold • click the column header to sort the page: soonest to clear first, or flip it to put the worst problems on top Above the table a summary bar shows the total backlog, when the draining queues clear, the slowest queue, and how many queues are growing or stuck. The toolbar icon carries a badge with the number of problem queues (growing, stalled or consumer-less) in the current view, so the tab strip alone tells you whether things are on fire. The single-queue page gets the same estimate as a "Drain ETA" row in its Overview section, together with the consumer suggestion and a small sparkline of the backlog over the last few minutes. How it works: the extension reads the responses the management UI already requests from your broker. It issues no requests of its own, so it adds no load to the management API and never sees your credentials. Clusters that run with rates_mode = none, or with the metrics collector disabled, report no rates at all. There the extension derives the drain rate from how the backlog moves over time and marks those estimates with a "~" so you know they are approximate. You choose where it runs. The extension ships with no host access: open the popup on your RabbitMQ Management page and press "Enable on this site" to grant that one host. Remove it again from the options page at any time. Options: count unacknowledged messages or only ready ones, rate smoothing on/off, trend fallback on/off, summary bar on/off, and your own colour thresholds.
