A reasonable retheme of mgoblog.com

This retheme strips away the clutter of MGoBlog 3.0. During the install, you will see a notice that the extension reads data sent to and from mgoblog.com. This is necessary to block the site's default styles and javascript. No private data is read. Specific changes: - No more banner or story tiles at the top of the page. The first thing you see is the latest post. - Board threads listed before diaries in the sidebar. - Few diary titles in the sidebar. - Comment threads are more condensed and less cluttered. - Board threads default to 100 comments per page.
