I bought the premium version for the extension on Oct 17 and it has been working perfectly until now. It works just like the way it was advertised but I believe either yesterday or today something went wrong where now it doesn't show up anymore. I believe google may have patched or blocked this extension from attaching itself to other websites because it still shows I have the extension and paid for but, it doesn't let me attach it to my homework assignments or use the snapshot feature.

I don't understand how this extension works I would hope I am doing something wrong because it's not working as promoted for me. It simply does not work when I ask the extension to do it's thing. I feel like I was scammed of my money.
