Notifire keeps your workday in view with personal alerts beside your 8x8 Agent Workspace. • See your own daily and weekly call metrics in a floating widget. • View today’s break schedule in your local time, with an advance reminder and a reminder at break start. • Get reminders for your own unsent intakes while the intake portal is open and signed in. • Choose Chime or Chime + Spoken alerts, preview the sounds, and adjust or mute audio. Notification cards remain enabled. • Move or collapse the widget and acknowledge individual alert cards. Designed for authorized Blazeo agents using 8x8 and the Blazeo intake portal. Sign in with your approved @blazeo.com Google account in the extension. Agents do not need access to the source break sheet, Apps Script editor, CC Operations Portal or API credentials. A saved Notifire connection lasts up to 30 days unless expired, revoked or signed out. Chrome must remain running and your computer awake. Keep the required source tabs signed in in the same Chrome profile. Data availability depends on your account mapping, source schedule and reporting service.
