Save the Discord conversations you can access as JSON data or a searchable HTML transcript. Channel Archive is free, with no subscription or artificial message limit. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open a channel, DM, or individual thread on Discord in Chrome. 2. Click the Channel Archive extension icon. 3. Connect that tab using the clearly disclosed connection button. 4. Choose your start and end dates, or leave them blank for full history. 5. Select HTML or JSON and export. FEATURES • Fetches available history beyond the messages loaded on screen. • Both selected dates are included in your local timezone. • JSON preserves original message fields and string IDs. • HTML includes text search, author filtering, replies, formatting, reactions, attachments, embeds, polls, and links. • Optional linked-media previews and print / save as PDF in the HTML transcript. • Progress, cancellation, and rate-limit handling. • Works with Discord, Discord PTB, and Discord Canary. PRIVACY Connect only the Discord tabs you choose. Session authorization stays in browser memory and is sent only to the same Discord origin. Exports are prepared on your computer. No developer-operated export server or analytics. See the privacy policy for temporary local storage and deletion details. LIMITS Exports only messages your Discord account can currently read. Deleted messages cannot be recovered. Open an individual thread or forum post to export it; parent channels do not recursively include separate threads. Attachment URLs are included, but media files are not bundled and links can expire. Keep the export tab open until the download finishes.
