MFM Developers Helper
Overview
Enter params and redirect to a dynamic API URL.
The MFM Developers Helper is a Chrome extension designed to streamline the daily work of developers, support engineers, and testers who interact with the Wegnology and MFM (Motor Fleet Management) platforms. Its single purpose is to convert an input value — such as a device ID, serial number, MAC address, or workflow name — into all corresponding Wegnology and MFM links, allowing instant navigation for debugging, monitoring, and testing. How It Works Open the extension popup. Select the type of search (MFM ID, Serial Number, MAC Gateway, Workflow Experience, Workflow App). Enter the value and press Check. The extension makes a secure API request to the Wegnology/MFM environment (https://mfm-qa.wnology.io/api/v3/redirect/...) to retrieve all related links. Results are displayed in three groups: MFM Links: redirects to Motor Fleet Management application pages (device details, analytics, reports, etc.). Console Links: redirects to Wegnology console pages (device dashboards, attributes, logs, etc.). Workflow Links: shows related Wegnology workflows for debugging or reference. Each link can be opened in a new browser tab with a single click. Technical Behavior All code runs locally within the Chrome extension context (popup.html, popup.js, and popup.css). The extension only performs GET requests to a trusted internal endpoint (mfm-qa.wnology.io). No external scripts or remote code are executed. The JSON response from the API is processed locally and rendered directly in the popup interface. The extension does not collect, log, or transmit user data anywhere else.
