Bee Focus is a completely FREE Chrome extension built to break the short-form scrolling loop by adding intentional friction right when you try to turn Focus off. Instead of a basic blocker, Bee Focus runs a “self-awareness” challenge flow (with difficulty modes), followed by timed math hurdles, and then lets you set a strict break length—after which Focus automatically reactivates. You also get Focus Metrics: clean, time-by-domain tracking (social sites + any custom domains you add), so you can see exactly where your screen time is going. The UI uses a soft “Honey & Milk” palette, glassy panels, and smooth micro-animations for a premium, distraction-free vibe that keeps the experience calm but effective.
