Hold Gmail messages in a local queue for a configurable delay so you can cancel or edit before they actually send.

Soft Send gives every email you send a short safety net. Instead of firing instantly, your message waits in a local queue for a delay you choose (1 minute to 1 hour). During that window you can cancel it, pause the timer, or just let it go. It's "undo send" — but on your terms, and for as long as you want. WHY YOU'LL WANT IT • Catch the typo you only see after hitting send. • Stop the "please find attached" email with no attachment. • Think twice before a Reply-All to the whole company. • Add a deliberate pause to emails written in anger or a hurry. SMART RISK DETECTION Soft Send watches for risky patterns and automatically adds extra delay plus a clear warning when it spots: • A recipient you've never emailed before • "Attached" in the body with no attachment • Reply-All to a large group • Possibly sensitive content (passwords, SSNs, card numbers) • An email written suspiciously fast • Forwarding to someone new HIGH-RISK RECIPIENT LISTS (PRO) Add specific people (your CEO) or whole domains (a client's company) you want a strong warning before emailing. Soft Send flags them with a red alert and a longer delay so the wrong message never reaches the wrong inbox.
