Overview

Your own rules, enforced before you hit Send. Plus built-in checks for leaked secrets, PII, bad links and AI-slop.

Grammarly fixes writing. Presend enforces your rules before you send. Presend is a rules engine that sits in your compose window. You write the rules for the mistakes your team actually makes, and nothing goes out until they pass. It is a gate, not an assistant. It will not draft, summarise, or triage your inbox. WRITE A RULE IN A SENTENCE Open the dashboard, describe the mistake, and choose how a rule decides: • AI prompt: plain English. "Flag any discount I have not been authorised to offer." "Warn me if I am agreeing to a deadline inside two weeks." • Pattern: an exact phrase or expression that should never leave the building • Condition: a rule that only wakes up on the right platform, or when a recipient is outside the company • AI plus your tools: the rule checks a real system before deciding PICK HOW HARD IT STOPS YOU • Block send: the confirm sheet stands in the way until you deal with it • Warn: flagged, and you can send anyway • Note: quiet, for the things worth knowing but not arguing with Scope each rule to one platform or all of them. Email, Slack and social get different treatment, because a rule that makes sense in a contract email is noise on a one-line Slack reply. RULES THAT CHECK REAL FACTS, NOT JUST WORDS Connect an MCP server or a REST API, and a rule can consult it at the gate: • "Do not promise a delivery date that contradicts the Jira ticket" • "Flag if this deal amount does not match the CRM" • "Warn me if I am telling a customer something our docs contradict" This is the part a spell-checker cannot do. Your credentials are write-only. They are stored, never returned, and never shown again. ACTIONS: WHAT HAPPENS AFTER A RULE FIRES An action is the sequence you would otherwise run by hand every single time. Define it once, dry-run it against sample data, and it runs at the gate with the rule. RULES THAT SHIP WITH IT You start with a set already written, and you can retune or switch off any of them: • Leaked secrets: API keys, tokens, credentials pasted into a message • Personal data: card numbers, national IDs, other PII • Mismatched links: visible text and real destination disagree • Missing attachments: you wrote "attached" and attached nothing • External recipients: someone outside the company on an internal thread • AI-slop: the tells that make writing read like a model produced it • Off-voice tone: lines that do not sound like the way you write WHERE THE RULES RUN Presend finds the compose field you are focused on rather than matching a list of sites. Your rules follow you: into email, into team chat, into social posts, and into the comment box of whatever internal tool your company runs. PRIVACY Most rules run entirely on your device and send nothing. Secrets, PII, links, recipients and attachments never leave your browser. VoiceDNA is the rule that knows whether a draft sounds like you. It learns from messages you actually send, and that learning is local only. The corpus is never uploaded, never synced between devices, never attached to any request. Quoted reply chains are stripped before storage, so it keeps what you wrote and not what was written to you. You can erase it at any time. We never store your message body on our servers. A check records a one-way hash of it and nothing more.
