)Overview
Your recruiting co-pilot: Mia drafts and personalizes candidate outreach in your own accounts — every send waits for your approval.
You approve every action. Mia does the busywork. MetaDay Mia is a recruiting co-pilot that lives in Chrome's side panel and works inside the accounts you are already signed into. Mia writes a personalized candidate message, opens the right compose window, fills everything in — and then stops and waits for you. This approval-first model is enforced in the extension's code, not just by convention: every send, submit, or post halts for an explicit human decision. What Mia helps you do • Draft and personalize candidate outreach — one person, or a reviewed batch • Keep track of who you have contacted and who replied • Learn a repeatable workflow (a "skill") by watching you do it once Prepared by Mia, performed by you Mia prepares the action; you perform it. On LinkedIn this goes one step further: Mia is prefill-only by design. She fills in the connection note or message field and stops — the extension is built so it cannot click Send on LinkedIn; you always do. Mia does not browse your feed or open threads in the background; she reads only what is already on your screen, and only for an action you explicitly started. Email: an optional, reviewed Hands-off batch mode For email only (Gmail and Outlook), you can opt into a Hands-off batch mode: after you have reviewed and approved the drafts, Mia completes the send for that batch so you do not have to click each one. It is off by default, review-first, stoppable at any time, and email-only — it never applies to LinkedIn, which stays prefill-only. Prefer to click every send yourself? Leave batch mode off. Only what's on your screen, only on your action When you ask Mia to import a candidate or scan a list, she reads only what is already visible on your screen, and only because you triggered it. She does not crawl, auto-scroll, or open anything in the background. Skills on the sites you choose Skills work on the built-in sites out of the box. To record or replay on any other site (like your applicant-tracking system), Mia asks you to allow that one site first. Chrome remembers each site you allow, and you can revoke it anytime. Your data stays yours Mia syncs your skills and outreach state only with your own MetaDay workspace, authenticated by your existing MetaDay session. No third-party analytics, no tracking SDKs, nothing sold, nothing sent to any third party. Page previews render locally and are never uploaded. See the privacy policy for details.
