Overview
See the EXIF, GPS, camera and AI metadata (C2PA, AI tags) inside any photo or video. Right-click to inspect. Nothing is uploaded.
MetaClean shows you what a photo or video says about itself. Right-click an image on any web page and choose "Inspect metadata with MetaClean", or open the viewer and drop in a file from your computer. You'll see where and when it was taken, the camera and lens that took it, and the apps that edited it, written in plain words rather than raw tags. It also reads Content Credentials, the signed record that editing apps attach when an AI tool is used. If a file carries one, the viewer says so clearly, because that record is what makes social networks label a post as AI. Everything happens inside your browser. Files are never uploaded, nothing is collected, and you don't need an account. The first time you inspect an image on a website, Chrome asks for permission for that one site only. You can copy the results or save them as a text report.
