Meta BizAI Tester™ (Backend) is an automated QA runner for the Meta Business AI assistant that businesses configure inside Meta Business Suite. It opens as a Chrome side panel, types your test prompts into Meta's "Test Your AI" surface, waits for the AI's responses, scores them with deterministic heuristics, and produces a hand-off-ready report. WHO THIS IS FOR - Agencies running QA on client Business AI configurations. - In-house teams who need regression testing after every prompt or knowledge-base update. - Operators who want quantified evidence of AI quality before exposing the assistant to live customers on Messenger, Instagram DMs, or WhatsApp. WHAT IT DOES - Runs scripted test prompts against the AI tester at business.facebook.com/latest/business_ai/test_your_ai. - Scores each AI response across seven heuristics: response rate, speed, hallucination, prompt-leak, coercion resistance, composure, and completeness. - Generates a Markdown / TXT report with full transcripts, timing, and an A–F letter grade — paste it into ChatGPT or Claude for deeper analysis. - Organizes test cases into a Gallery with categories and brand isolation (multi-tenant agencies can segment by client). - Tracks runs in a History tab so you can compare configurations or detect regressions over time. - Lets you import and share test suites via JSON (Team Export).
