إضافة MessageBird Auto Greeting تساعد فرق خدمة العملاء على إرسال رسالة ترحيبية فورية عند استلام محادثة أو تذكرة جديدة داخل واجهة MessageBird/Bird. بمجرد ضغط الموظف على زر Accept أو استلام التذكرة، تقوم الإضافة بإدخال رسالة الترحيب المحددة مسبقًا وإرسالها مباشرة، مع منع تكرار الإرسال لنفس المحادثة.
