Merge PDF files, split PDFs, rotate and reorder pages — without uploading anything. Paperwise is an offline PDF tool: every page is processed inside your own browser, and your files never touch a server. It works with no internet connection at all. Most online PDF tools ask you to upload your file first. For a holiday photo that hardly matters. For a signed contract, a payslip, a medical letter or a client document, it does. Paperwise does the same work locally.
