Multi-PDF merge — Select several PDFs; all pages show in one list so you can build a single document. Page control — Preview each page, drag to reorder, and remove pages before export. Annotation — Draw with pen, add callouts, text, and blur; undo/redo and controls for color/size where it applies. Privacy & offline — Merge and annotation run entirely on your computer in the extension; no uploading your PDFs to a remote merge service. Works without an internet connection for opening, editing, merging, and saving (after the extension is installed). Output — Choose render quality (standard / high / extra) to balance sharpness and file size, then download one merged PDF.
