Register time, run timers, search your CRM and log time on Jira issues in Merculio, right from your browser.

Merculio is the all-in-one platform for agencies: CRM, sales, projects, hours, planning and invoicing. The Merculio extension puts time registration in your browser, so you register time where you work — without opening Merculio. Register time • Pick a project, service and hour type in a few clicks and see how much of the budget is used. • Enter a duration ("1:30" or "1,5"), optionally a start time ("Now"), and a description. Durations are rounded to your account's time step, just like in Merculio. Timers • Start a timer, optionally with time you already worked. Pause, resume and save it as a registration. • Timers live in your Merculio account: they survive browser restarts and show in the web app. • The toolbar badge shows the running timer. CRM search • Search organizations, people and projects and open them in Merculio. Jira • On Jira Cloud issue pages a "Log time in Merculio" button opens the extension with the issue filled in. • With the Jira integration of your Merculio account the worklog is written to Jira automatically. Without it you can let the extension write a one-way worklog with your own Jira session (you grant access to your Jira site when you switch this on). Getting started • Install the extension and click the Merculio icon. • Choose Log in: app.merculio.com is filled in. Confirm the code in the Merculio tab that opens — you sign in the way you always do (password, Google or Microsoft). • Done. You can see and revoke connected browsers in Merculio under My profile › Browser extension. • Self-hosted Merculio? Choose "Use another address"; the browser asks for permission to connect to that address. The extension needs a Merculio account. It only talks to your Merculio address (and, if you switch it on, your Jira site) and sends no data anywhere else.
