Keys stay on your device and are used only for the feature you invoke. Remove a key anytime. 6) Tips: • Works on Amazon pages only. • If Amazon asks to confirm you’re human, click “Continue shopping,” then rerun the scan. • You can pause/resume scans anytime. 🧩 Permissions — why we need them • Site access (amazon.*): read the current page to produce the results you requested. • activeTab & scripting: inject/remove the overlay after you click the icon. • downloads: export the CSV/assets you explicitly request. • storage: remember your toggles, filters, and small caches. • If shown: offscreen — render user‑requested assets (e.g., image/vector export) without opening a visible tab; created only after a user action and closed immediately. 🔒 Privacy • We do not collect or sell browsing history. • Page content is processed on‑device; limited membership/limits checks may contact https://merchsignal.com over HTTPS. • BYOK keys (e.g., OpenAI/Ideogram/Vectorizer) stay on your device and are used only to call the provider you enable.
