Overview

Amazon Merch on Demand MBA MoD profit management: Organic and advertising performance per ASIN, bid suggestions and bulk actions.

Advertise on true profit, not ad performance in isolation. MerchDeli combines your Merch by Amazon royalties, sales, cancellations and returns with your Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands performance, mapped down to the individual ASIN, so every bid, placement and ad decision reflects your full account picture, organic and sponsored. Review the recommendations, adjust what you want, and apply across all marketplaces in a few clicks. Adjust bids and placements, launch ads where they are missing, and promote or negate search terms, all in bulk. Write your own rules for what to change and when, and let them apply on a schedule. Your selection follows your filter, so you act on everything that matches. ═══════════════════════════════ WHAT'S IN THE DASHBOARD ═══════════════════════════════ MerchDeli adds a button to the merch.amazon.com navigation (plus a toolbar icon with a 7-day snapshot) that opens the dashboard. It has five views. 📊 OVERVIEW Your whole account at a glance, profit-first. • Net Royalties, Net Royalties %, ROAS, ACOS and every KPI, as cards and an interactive chart. • Compare any period against the same dates last year, account-wide or per ASIN. • A per-ASIN table beneath, everything cross-filtered. 💰 PRODUCTS Know what each product truly earns, then act on it. • All-time Net Royalties per product, so ad attention follows real profit. • Spot products under- or over-served with ads for how profitable they are. • A target ACOS from your account-wide Net Royalties % target and each product's price, royalty and deals. • Current prices, royalties, active deals and BSR trend, at a glance. • Catch deliverability issues before a product burns clicks it can't convert. • Bulk-create ads for the products that need them. 🎯 TARGETS Tune every bid, placement and ad on performance, in bulk. Three tabs: Targets, Placements and Ads. • See how each target (keyword, product, category, auto) performs across 7, 30 and 90 day windows, on Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands. • Get bid and placement recommendations grounded in that performance, each explaining itself on hover. • Bulk-adjust bids and placement modifiers, or bulk-pause what isn't working. • Placements: filter, sort and rank on any window, including since the percentage last changed. • Ads: one row per ad, so you can pause a single ad that takes clicks and never sells without touching the ad group's keywords or the products still earning in it. 🔍 SEARCH TERMS Find winners, cut losers, in bulk. • See how each customer search term performs across 7, 30 and 90 day windows. • Promote winners from auto campaigns into manual keywords or product targets. • Negate and Promote as rules you can read and change. • Bulk-negate wasteful terms, in that ad group or anywhere else running the same ASIN. 🕘 HISTORY A permanent record that's yours. • Review every change to bids, placements, paused targets and created ads, made in MerchDeli or the Amazon Ads console. • Build a forever daily history of sales, returns, ad performance, BSR and price, per ASIN, target and search term. ═══════════════════════════════ KEY METRICS ═══════════════════════════════ • Net Royalties: royalties earned minus total ad spend. The number that actually matters. • Net Royalties %: the share of your royalties left after ad spend. Set an account-wide target and MerchDeli turns it into a per-product target ACOS, adjusted for price, royalty, active deals and royalty tier. • ROAS: ad-attributed sales divided by ad spend. • Net Sold: units sold minus cancellations minus returns. • Avg $/Unit: average royalty per unit, for pricing efficiency. • Return Rate: share of sold units returned, so you can spot quality or listing issues. • Ad spend, ad sales, ad orders, CPC, CTR, ACOS: from your Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands campaigns, shown alongside your sales data. ═══════════════════════════════ TIME SERIES + PRIOR-YEAR COMPARISON ═══════════════════════════════ Every KPI can be a time-series chart. Click any card and the chart switches to that metric, with daily or weekly buckets sized to your range. Metrics that break down by marketplace use stacked bars, so you see which markets drive performance. Every range also loads the same window from a year ago. The chart overlays both periods, and each KPI card shows the year-over-year delta, green for improvement and red for decline. ═══════════════════════════════ DATE RANGES ═══════════════════════════════ Presets: Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Month to Date, Last Month, Quarter to Date, Last Quarter, Year to Date, or a custom range. A toggle includes the current (partial) day in rolling ranges. ═══════════════════════════════ RECOMMENDATIONS, YOUR RULES + AUTOMATION ═══════════════════════════════ MerchDeli computes a recommended bid for every active target from its CPC history, conversion rate, and a target ACOS derived from your account-wide Net Royalties % target. Recommendations break into clear tiers (decrease, hold, increase, pause, re-enable). Hover any one for the reason in plain words plus the clicks, orders, CPC and ACOS behind it over today, yesterday, 7, 30 and 90 days, and since the last bid change. Per-placement adjustments handle the common Merch on Demand case where a target performs very differently on Top of Search, Rest of Search and Product Pages, so you push converters and fix leaks in one motion. Recommendations are careful by design. A click too fresh to have converted is not counted as a failure, evidence bars are sized from your own account's conversion rate, a proven sweet spot is held rather than nudged, and any bid changed in the last two days is left to settle, whether you changed it here or in Amazon's console. When our recommendations are not your strategy, write your own rules. Every table carries a Rules chip: Targets, Placements, Ads, Search Terms and Products. A rule is that table's filter plus an action, it labels the rows it matches, and it sits at Off, Show or Act. Rules arrive as starter sets with our own criteria written out as conditions, so you can read every bar and change it. Preview any rule to see which rows it matches and the values it read, then open them in the table. Share a rule, or a whole playbook of rules, as one link. It arrives switched off, and your account, portfolio and destination picks never travel. Saved views share the same way, and they are free on every plan. On the Max plan a rule set to Act applies on its own. Each rule keeps its own schedule, as soon as new data lands or a day, week or month you pick, and its own cap on how many rows it may change in a run, under a daily limit for the whole account. Runs wait for fresh data. Every rule starts at Off or Show, and nothing switches itself on. What the optimizer aims at, and what may act unattended, live in Settings. ═══════════════════════════════ CREATE, NEGATE + BULK ACTIONS ═══════════════════════════════ Finding the problem is half the job. MerchDeli fixes it from the same screen: • Create ads for products with none, or too few, and promote your best auto-campaign search terms into manual campaigns. • Bulk-adjust bids and placements, or pause targets. Your selection follows your filter, so you act on everything that matches, not just the rows on screen. • Bulk-negate wasteful search terms, in the ad group where they appeared or anywhere else advertising the same ASIN. You already paid for that data, so put it to work. • Staged changes collect in one review queue and apply together in the background, straight to Amazon's advertising endpoints, and the affected ad groups refresh so the table shows the new state. ═══════════════════════════════ BSR + COMPETITOR TRACKING ═══════════════════════════════ MerchDeli records daily Best Sellers Rank for every active ASIN with multilingual category detection, so a German T-shirt and a Japanese hoodie both pick up the right Novelty sub-category automatically. Add competitor ASINs to any product and their daily BSR is recorded alongside yours, a leading indicator long before sales move. MerchDeli also answers where each product actually stands on Amazon's search results page for the terms it pays for: once a day it reads the results for each product's top spending terms and records the organic position and every sponsored spot, labelled with the placement Amazon stamps on the ad (Top of Search or Rest of Search). The Search Rank column shows the position with a trend arrow; a product paying but not appearing reads "Not found". Your own browsing helps too: open a product page or run a search on Amazon and MerchDeli reads what is already on your screen instead of fetching it again in the background. Anything not involving your own products is discarded on the spot, and search positions never leave your device. The public product-page facts feed the shared product data pool described under PRIVACY, which you can switch off. ═══════════════════════════════ ADVANCED FILTERING ═══════════════════════════════ Filter using flexible, Airtable-style conditions combined with AND/OR logic: • by marketplace, to focus on a single market • by product type: Standard T-Shirt, Premium T-Shirt, Pullover Hoodie, PopSocket, and more • by royalty range, to find top or bottom performers • by return rate, to identify problematic listings • by panel reference: current period only, prior year only, products in A but not B Comparison filters go further: put one metric against another, each over its own date range, with a factor you set. "30-day ad spend above 2x royalties" is a single filter, no exports and no spreadsheet. Filters apply to KPI cards, charts and tables at once, and any filter can become a rule on that table. ═══════════════════════════════ DATA HEALTH + PERFORMANCE ═══════════════════════════════ A health view shows the freshness of every data source (credentials, sales, products, ads and history), plus a cross-source integrity check reconciling independent Amazon reports against each other. Color-coded status makes it obvious if anything falls behind, and each source refreshes on demand. Sales and ad data live in a local database in your browser, so flipping between date ranges is instant for periods you have already loaded. Fresh data is fetched only for today, for ranges you have not loaded, or when a cache is stale. Per-day depth goes back to October 2025, the earliest Amazon's daily reporting endpoint supports; older data is kept monthly. Ad data loads in the background, so sales metrics appear first. Amazon's advertising reports are organized by campaign and ad group, not by ASIN. MerchDeli builds a campaign-to-ASIN mapping from your ad group structure to attribute spend and sales back to individual ASINs, incrementally, so it stays fast on very large accounts. ═══════════════════════════════ WHO IT'S FOR ═══════════════════════════════ • Amazon Merch on Demand (MBA / MOD) sellers running Sponsored Products or Sponsored Brands campaigns • Anyone tired of pasting CSV exports into spreadsheets to find what pays • Sellers with multi-marketplace catalogs, where the EU and JP markets are first-class • Anyone who treats Merch on Demand seriously and wants ad decisions based on data ═══════════════════════════════ HOW IT WORKS ═══════════════════════════════ MerchDeli runs entirely in your browser. Using the Amazon session you are already logged into, it fetches your own sales and advertising reports from Amazon's reporting endpoints, the same data Amazon's dashboards show, stores it locally, and combines it into the view you wish Amazon shipped. No separate account to create and no API keys to wrangle. You log into Amazon the way you always do, then click the MerchDeli icon to open the dashboard. Every dashboard and your whole history are free, forever. Paid plans add acting on what you see: Starter shows every bid and placement recommendation, applies them one target at a time and exports any table to CSV; Pro applies them in bulk across your account, and negates, promotes and creates campaigns; Max runs your rules unattended on the schedule you set. A 14 day free trial of everything starts whenever you choose: no card, no account, and it ends on its own. Subscriptions are handled on merchdeli.com, never inside the extension. ═══════════════════════════════ MARKETPLACES SUPPORTED ═══════════════════════════════ 🇺🇸 United States (.com) 🇬🇧 United Kingdom (.co.uk) 🇩🇪 Germany (.de) 🇫🇷 France (.fr) 🇮🇹 Italy (.it) 🇪🇸 Spain (.es) 🇯🇵 Japan (.co.jp) All currencies auto-converted to USD for the unified Net Royalties view. ═══════════════════════════════ PRIVACY ═══════════════════════════════ Your sales and advertising data stays in your browser: no account, no advertising trackers, and none of your account figures ever sent anywhere. The extension talks to Amazon's own domains using your existing session, plus one public currency-exchange-rate service (api.frankfurter.dev) that receives only dates and currency codes. On the free product the only MerchDeli service contacted is the shared product data pool below, and switching that off means no calls to any MerchDeli server at all. On a paid plan two kinds of call reach a MerchDeli service: subscription validation, sending your billing customer id and your Merch account id, and ad video generation, which you trigger, passing that product's listing text, converting search terms and image to the generation providers, unstored. No sales or royalties are sent on any plan. Changes you apply, including any set to apply automatically, go straight to Amazon and through no server of ours. On Amazon product pages you open yourself, the extension reads the public product stats already on the page, storing them only when the product is part of your dashboard data or is a Merch on Demand product; anything else is discarded immediately. On search results pages you open yourself, it records where your own products placed and discards searches that do not involve them. For terms you choose to track, it reads those results pages on its own daily schedule. It keeps no history of the pages you visit or the searches you run. MerchDeli also includes a shared product data pool, on by default and switchable off in Settings. While it is on, the public data read from an Amazon product page (Best Sellers Rank, price, rating, review count and similar) is contributed to a MerchDeli service, and it works both ways: before loading a page your installation checks whether the pool already holds today's reading, so your machine makes fewer requests to Amazon. A contributed record describes the product page and never you: no account data, no sales or royalty figures, no identifier of you or your installation, no marking of whether a product is yours, and no column for who sent it, so it cannot be traced back to any installation. You are told about the pool during setup, and switching it off stops all contribution and takes no feature away. Optional crash reports (off by default, changeable anytime in Settings) never include your sales, advertising or product data. Install the extension 2. Log into merch.amazon.com as you normally would 3. Click the MerchDeli icon, or the MerchDeli button in the merch.amazon.com nav bar 4. The first launch backfills your sales and ad data, a one-time setup with a progress overlay After that, the dashboard keeps itself up to date in the background.
