The extention is not working and we tried to contact the support but the msg don't want to send something wrrong

5 star tool but... Same problem! They decide to ignore my e-mails too! The extension is not working anymore! Any time i try to use it pops up the same msg "You have reached the limit of activation"! I have i life time subscription but I buyed another licence key to try to fix the problem, but nothing!
