Favorite your most-used projects for one-click access, and see a configurable list of recently opened issues in the popup so you can pick up where you left off. Smart comment accordion — Pinned comments collapse into a clean, expandable list instead of repeating across the page, so you see each one once and only when you need it. One-click copy — Copy an issue's URL, key, or key+title straight to your clipboard for chats, emails, or commit messages — no more manually selecting and copying from the browser bar. Share comment link — Generate a direct link to any individual comment, with an option to shorten it via is.gd, and share it with teammates instantly. Context menu lookup — Select any issue reference on any webpage, right-click, and open it in Jira directly. Epic issue filters — Add status filter chips to the "Issues in Epic" panel so you can quickly show only open, in-progress, or closed issues without leaving the epic page. Status change from board panel — Click an issue's status directly in the Jira board detail panel to transition it, without opening the issue in a new tab. (Jira Server/Data Center only.) Omnibox issue creation — Type "jira" + Tab in Chrome's address bar, then "create issue [PROJECT] [SUMMARY]" to file a ticket without opening Jira at all. Keyboard shortcut — Alt+Shift+J (Windows/Linux) or Cmd+J (Mac) opens the JiraX popup from anywhere. PRIVACY JiraX does not collect or sell any personal data. All operations run locally in your browser or through your own authorized Jira connection — nothing is sent to third-party servers.
