Memory Module — Like to Save
Overview
Save liked posts from X and Reddit as memories in your Memory Module account.
Memory Module — Like to Save turns a habit you already have (liking posts) into a knowledge base. Click Like on a tweet or upvote a Reddit post, and a small card slides in bottom-right with a preview. Click Save to send it to your Memory Module account, tagged with whatever dimension and value you want. Click Dismiss to ignore. Unliking is silent — never auto-deletes anything. Supported sources: • X / Twitter (x.com, twitter.com) • Reddit (reddit.com) What gets saved: • The post text (auto-expanded if it was collapsed behind "Show more") • Image URLs • Video poster image, linked back to the original post — clicking the thumbnail in your dashboard plays the video on the source site • Author handle and permalink — so you can always trace a memory back to its source Tagging: Each save is tagged with a dimension/value pair you control. Pick from your existing dimensions or create a new one inline. The extension remembers your last-used choice per dimension, so re-saving under the same category is one click. Optimistic saves: The card dismisses the moment you hit Save — no waiting on the network round-trip. A brief "Saved" confirmation appears, then disappears. If a save fails (rare), a sticky error toast appears with a Retry button so nothing is silently lost. Privacy: The extension reads post content only when you actively click Like — never your timeline, your DMs, or anything you scroll past. Your API key stays on your machine. Nothing is sent to third parties; saved memories go only to your Memory Module account. Setup: After install, the extension's options page opens automatically. Paste your API key from memorymodule.io/api-keys, click Test Connection to verify, click Save. Done. Get your free Memory Module account at memorymodule.io.
