Membership.io AI Screen Recorder

I have had this extension fail on me more over the past year than I have had issues with any other extension that I have ever used. I sent an email to support@searchie.io, help@membership.io, and support@membership.io (since I can't find updated info on how to contact support on the new membership.io website since the name changed). I hope someone on their team can take a look at the data for troubleshooting from the extension and find a fix.

UPDATE 2/1/24: I reached out to the support team, and they had me do a plugin "elimination" test to see if one of the others I have installed was blocking the plugin launching for some reason. (They got back to me in a day, I was just slower to implement the testing.) Searchie is an amazing tool, it saves me a ton of time and money by transcribing, creating an audio file and adding captions. It is an outstanding investment for my business.

I love Searchie & the extension has come in super handy. They've made some great improvements as they're continuing to support & update. My biggest problem right now is that my upload speeds are around 2.4MBPS & I'm finding the ends of my videos are getting cut off.
