Member Pre-fill (prototype)

Pre-fills a provider intake or CalAIM referral form from the member open in Capillary Member Care.

Community health workers re-type the same patient details onto provider intake and CalAIM referral forms — dozens of fields per patient, most of which Capillary already holds. Member Pre-fill reads the member you have open in Member Care and fills the form in front of you, then shows exactly what it did: • Every filled field is outlined and carries its source — profile, health survey, or eligibility file — with the date it was recorded, so you can judge whether to accept it. • Fields it will not fill are flagged in amber with a reason. Substance use, sexual health, pregnancy, national identifiers and signatures are never auto-filled. • Where the member did not answer, the field is left blank rather than filled with a placeholder. It stores no credential of its own. It reads with your existing InTouch session, so it can only ever see members you could already open yourself. Supporting a new form is a mapping file, not a code change.
