MegaMail Video for Email lets you record a quick screen or webcam video and drop the playable link straight into the email you're composing — without leaving your inbox. It now also lets you save any page you're reading into a MegaMail collection with one click. How it works Click the MegaMail icon while writing an email. Record your screen, your webcam, or both, with audio. The extension uploads the recording to your MegaMail account and inserts a clickable thumbnail link into your draft. Send. Your recipient clicks the thumbnail to watch the video on a branded landing page with your logo and call-to-action buttons. Where the button shows up The record button appears in the compose toolbar of Gmail and most other web-based email clients. Wherever you write, MegaMail meets you there. Save what you read Found something worth keeping? Click the MegaMail icon, switch to "Save Link," pick a collection, add a tag or note, and Save. MegaMail pulls the title, description, and preview image and publishes it to your collection page — which you can share as a link or embed on your own website. Privacy MegaMail Video for Email only activates on your active email tab to add the record button to the compose window. We do not read, scan, or transmit the contents of your emails or recipient lists. Recordings are uploaded directly to your own MegaMail account on megapixall.com under a token tied to your login. We collect: the recording itself, the timestamp, and your account ID. We do not collect: email contents, contact lists, browsing data, or any data from other tabs.
