The extension uploads the recording to your MegaMail account and inserts a clickable thumbnail link into your draft. Send. Your recipient clicks the thumbnail to watch the video on a branded landing page with your logo and call-to-action buttons. Where the button shows up The record button appears in the compose toolbar of Gmail and most other web-based email clients. Wherever you write, MegaMail meets you there. We collect: the recording itself, the timestamp, and your account ID. We do not collect: email contents, contact lists, browsing data, or any data from other tabs.
