MeetWave: AI Meeting Assistant & Recorder
Overview
Records the audio of Google Meet, Teams and Zoom Web calls, then turns it into AI meeting notes, summaries and action items.
MeetWave records your web meetings' audio (your microphone and the call's sound) directly in your browser and uploads it to your MeetWave account, ready to turn into an AI summary and action items in the MeetWave desktop app. What it does - Detects when you're in an active call on Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom Web and offers to record it. Nothing is recorded without you clicking Record. - Records the meeting's audio and your microphone, mixed into a single audio file, entirely on your own machine. - Notifies other participants that the meeting is being recorded, both with an on-screen banner and (optionally) a chat message. - Uploads the finished recording to your MeetWave account so you can generate a summary in the MeetWave desktop app. What it does not do - It does not join meetings as a bot or a visible participant. - It does not record video. - It does not read chat content, participant names, or any part of the call beyond what's needed to detect that a call is active. - It does not run outside of the supported meeting platforms. Requires a MeetWave account. See our privacy policy for details on data handling: https://meetwave.io/privacy
