MeetSignal records your sales calls on Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams, transcribes them with AI, summarizes action items, decisions, objections, and next steps, and auto-pushes the structured notes into your CRM. Built specifically for sales reps - the summary format is MEDDIC / BANT / SPIN by default, not a generic meeting recap. Audio is captured via chrome.tabCapture (an offscreen document holds the MediaStream because MV3 service workers cannot hold one directly). 4. When the meeting ends, audio is uploaded, transcribed, and summarized in 30-90 seconds. 5. Review the summary, optionally edit, then click "Push to CRM" - the meeting becomes a fully-formed activity in HubSpot / Pipedrive / Close with action items as tasks.
